3. Strong Programming & Designing skills using C/C++/C#.NET, Java, SQL (exposure to distributed, multi-threaded development, identity management, caching, security areas).
4. Some exposure to developing & designing Web Services (WSE, WS-I*) AND/OR Messaging solutions using middleware for high-volume, high-transaction & critical global enterprise needs.
Optional skills
1. .NET framework 3.0 (WCF, WWF, WPF)
2. Designing & implementing SOA solutions
3. Messaging solutions in MW tier (BTS 2006, etc.)
4. Performance Tuning, Trouble-shooting, etc.
