Fixed Income Technology is looking for developers with strong Microsoft .Net skills for supporting and development of suite of applications. We are looking for people with strong process orientation and design and development skills in .Net (C#, .Net Winform, XML, Web services, Asp.Net).
Selected candidates are expected to learn and understand the suite of applications and contribute to delivery of projects as part of EAD initiative. Candidates are expected to demonstrate high levels of motivation, adaptability, and teamwork to achieve goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
Required Skill sets:
· Strong .Net Framework 2.0 as well as CAB (Component Application Block) concepts
· Strong C#, .Net Winform development, VB 6.0, XML, Web serv! ices
· Strong RDBMS concepts and in depth knowledge of database design
· Good understanding of clickonce deployment (.Net 2.0)
· Good understanding of OOAD and Design patterns
· Good understanding of development methodology and process driven development
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Quick learner and willing adapt and learn new technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Domain knowledge of Financial services vertical
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle terminology
- Exposure to UML ! and any of design tools like Rose, ER Win, Power Designer
- Clear Case for configuration management
- ASP.Net
B.E. or Equivalent or MCA / MS or equivalent
Work experience:
4-5 years of experience in reputed organizations.
2+ years experience with C#
1-2 years of experience with VB 6.0
