Requirement Details:
WebEx is looking for a highly motivated individual to help us implement our next generation Enterprise applications on WebLogic Web Platform. The job responsibilities include designing and implementing components of a multi-layer J2EE based web application that serves as an Employee portal for all of WebEx Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and Technical Support teams. The application platform uses WebLogic Portal, Remote portlets, WebServices, and Enterprise Bus as enabling technologies to deliver compelling features and functionality to help WebEx meet customer needs. Chosen candidate will be reporting to domestic Technical Manager and indirectly to the Manager in US.
Required Skills:
* Must have developed and deployed an enterprise system with heavy emphasis on integration, extensibility and customization features.
* Must have demonstrable experience designing and developing systems using Java and related J2EE technologies (JNDI, JDBC, JMS, Servlet, EJB, XML, SOAP).
* 5+ years of enterprise software development experience implementing large enterprise systems.
* Must have solid experience designing application components with heavy focus on OO technologies with deep knowledge of formal Object Oriented Analysis and Design methodologies.
* Hands on implementation of diverse architectures are required.
* Excellent analytical skills, including trouble-shooting and debugging complex applications and systems.
* Experience with UML and IDE development tools.
* Experience with Application Servers such as WebLogic, Websphere is required.
* Ability to communicate and document concepts and ideas and to make effective contributions.
* BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS preferred.
Desired Skills:
* WebLogic Portal or similar platforms
* Database modeling, SQL / Store Procedure development experience with Oracle and/or SQL Database Server.
* Knowledge of UDDI, WSDL and other Web Services technologies.
* Working experience with Workflow and EAI systems.
