Lead a team of developers. -Requirement analysis/ design/ development of products in C#, .Net.- Interface with clients. –Responsible for delivery.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
-Lead a team of developers in C, C++, .NET, Object Oriented Programming & Technologies.
- Responsible for requirement analysis, design, development of products
-Interface with clients to gather requirements
-Advance technical & problem solving skills, to develop effective long-term solutions for complex problems.
- Monitors progress of deliverables. Work with each stakeholder to define the project scope, including deliverables, goals & objectives and resource requirements.
- To mentor their team in development of best-practices.
Desired profile of the candidate:
-Candidates must possess strong skills in .NET(C# and ASP.NET), OO Technologies & OOPS Concepts.
- Good understanding of db basic concepts, table structure and design and SQL Queries
-Strong knowledge of and best practices
-Strong technical skills, first-hand knowledge and experience with the software development life cycle
-Knowledge of agile development processes
-Good communication skills are a must as the candidate will be interacting with clients.
