Skills and Qualification
Ideal candidate should have a profile as below:
ľ Configuration of Oracle Database server and clients on different platforms.
ľ Initial Database Study, Plan & design Database, Database creation (using OMF).
ľ Installation of ERP package at client side. (Configuration of Database, Prerequisites for installing ERP)
ľ Creation and Maintenance of Rollback Segments.
ľ Creation and Maintenance of Data files, Control files and Redo log files.
ľ Creation and Administration of Clone Database, Standby Database and Recovery Catalog.
ľ Managing Privileges, Roles, Users, Tables, Indexes and Security of database.
ľ Configuration of Oracle network using listener & local naming methods at Client side.
ľ Tuning of Shared Pool, Buffer Cache, Redo Buffers, Rollback Segments.(Using Dynamic Views & Utilities like STATSPACK).
ƒæ Backup using RMAN ¡V Writing backup scripts.
ľ Backup and Recovery (Use Managed and RMAN Managed).
ľ Creation of Database Objects (Tables, Views, Index Organized Tables, Partition tables, Clusters etc.)
