Job Descripion - Responsible for software engineering functions as described below:
Leading software development activities such as software design, development, unit testing, documentation, integration testing, deployment documentation, design and code reviews, adherence to software development standards
Providing technical leadership and training team members
Participate in reviewing functional requirements
Leading team to prepare high level and low level design documents
Estimating software engineering efforts
Work with peers to set standards and define best practices for coding and design
Engage in planning of resources, tasks and projects
Skills required –
Expertise in software design, development & deployment
Experience in developing Java applications with expertise in Servlets, JSP, EJB,JDBC,XML,JMS and RMI
Thorough Knowledge of applications technology and awareness of trends in the industry.
Sound Knowledge of Web-based technology, including: but not limited to HTML, XML, XSP, Java, JSP, Servlets, JavaScript, HTTP, EJB, Java threads, logging
Sound knowledge of Object Oriented Programming Techniques
Hands on experience with J2EE-based application servers (BEA Weblogic, Oracle Application Server)
Knowledge of scalability design and testing, J2EE application testing and Oracle 9i database
Excellent communication skills
Education - BE/B.Tech/MCA/ME/M.Tech with 5+ years of experience in software engineering
3. Designation – Senior Software Engineer – INTERNATIONALIZATION
Exp – 3-5yrs
Job Description
Developing server-side/client-side code for web-based JAVA applications running on Solaris environment Writing unit test cases and unit test plans.
Develop and automate JAVA Unit tests.
Actively participate and contribute to code reviews and design reviews.
Address software defects/bugs with timely resolution Effectively communicate and collaborate with different team members
Skills required
Experience in developing Java applications with expertise in Servlets, JSP, EJB,JDBC,XML
Sound knowledge of Object Oriented Programming
Hands on experience with J2EE-based application servers (BEA Weblogic,Oracle Application Server)
Knowledge of J2EE application testing and Oracle 9i database
