The person will do Project Management of the Interactive applications liasing with internal and external customers. He/she will be responsible for Business Requirements capture, Project planning and tracking and deployment. The person will be responsible for Product Management of the interactive infrastructure. Scoping the product roadmap and ensuring it is in line with the marketing perspective.
Resource Management of a team of 15+ people
Responsibilities:
Provide high quality professional technical project management services to customers or to internal organizations
Ensure that customer expectations are well managed and that project team roles and responsibilities are clearly understood, agreed to, and executed upon
Ensure that each element of a project is professionally defined and initiated such as work breakdown structure, resource requirements, task accomplishments, project deliverables, critical paths and dependencies, communication and critical success factors
Ensure quality is achieved as planned and as agreed with the customer
Ensure that internal Project Management methodologies, standards, procedures guidelines and tools are applied / incorporated as required
Leverage the internal PM resources and tools to improve standardization and increase efficiencies in all aspects of Project Management
Actively support company"s further development of professional services, methods and tools
Skills and Experience Required
Strong internetworking background and extensive experience in the technical project management of large infrastructures
Minimum 7+ years in IT industry
University degree in engineering or comparable practical experience desirable
Good knowledge of ATLEAST ONE PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE (C++/JAVA/.NET)
Experience with service delivery processes
Very good communication skills and experience with customer facing activities
Pro-active and pragmatic but well-structured
Prepared to travel regularly
