Requirement :
Job Description : Work on WLI mainline product as lead for one or more subsystems for Design & development of next version of the product including major features and enhancements
Participate and contribute to the requirements analysis and validation
Prepare and own development plans and unit test plans
Coordinate with QA and Documentation teams to ensure good release quality
Qualifications/Necessary Skills Experience

6+ years experience in software development using Java, J2EE, XML and related technologies
Experience in a product organization is a definite plus
Core Competency
==============Strong core Java development skills
Strong OO and design patterns knowledge
Hands-on experience in server side coding (including multi-threading, RPC, etc)
Strong experience in core J2EE technologies (EJB/JMS/JMX/JTA/JSP/Servlets) & familiarity with Web Services technologies (SOAP/WSDL etc).
