Job description:
#Develop cost models
#Responsible for ensuring that the solution is approved by the countries Quality
Assurance ( QA ) departments.
#Accountable for solution"s output in terms of quality, timeliness and compliance with requirements as defined in the
#Scope of Requirements
#Identifies, estimates and presents cost, schedule, technical risk for solution elements,
both in proposal effort and implementation planning
#Responds to new business opportunities. Activities affect customer satisfaction
#Activities lead to cost effective solutions, which positively affect project costs or
expenses.
#Utilises approved methodologies, process and toolsets defined within the IBMGS architectural competency.
#Aligns effort to meet the objectives of IBM GTS as defined in the Personal Business Commitment (PBC).
##Mandatory skills –
#Minimum 7 yrs experience in Enterprise or IT Architecture
#Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
#Ability to Travel within AP region with minimal notice.
#Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively with different remote teams in ANZ, ASEAN, GCG, India, Korea.
#Ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Flexibility to meet clients needs
#Teaming and Leadership skills
#Project Management knowledge to accommodate the costing of solutions
#Experience in Proposal and Document Writing
#Experience in Proposal Costing
Mandatory Technical Skills
#Experience in Process Management
#Areas of technology specialization in SOA include:
Architecture and Design skills
Application Development in Java/J2EE
