Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Job Location: Chennai (but candidates must be willing to go to Singapore/any other APAC country for onsite work).
Responsibilities:
Ø Lead and manage teams/vendors for multiple internal and client specific
projects (including product development)
Ø Manage and deliver client specific technology solution/service, both
application software and IT products for BFSI, Telecom and other
industries
Ø Conceptualize and convert RedPill's IP (Analytics and Mobility) into
tangible IT products for clients
Ø Lead, own and deliver Intranet based IT applications for RedPill's
internal business needs
Ø Lead process definition and process improvement initiatives for the
Organization
Ø Be a key member and thought leader of a highly competent & motivated
team in delivering best-in-class solution for RedPill and its clients
Ø Work with Consultants/Business Analyst/Data Miners for the delivery of
complete solution/services for clients and RedPill.
Requirements:
Ø 7-9 years of overall experience
Ø Minimum 6 years of IT project delivery experience including at least 2 years of Product development
Ø 2-4 years of Service Delivery Management/Program Management/Project
Management experience with experience in managing multiple projects
simultaneously
Ø Good architectural skills with experience in analysis, design and
development of web-based applications
Ø Strong exposure in J2EE framework and components
Ø Good understanding in database design, both conceptual and physical
and having experience of using Oracle / DB2 / mySQL / MS-SQL
Ø Good experience to various process methodologies like CMM, ISO and Six
Sigma
Ø Experience in Project/Product estimations
Ø Experience in managing vendors
Other preferences (and not Constraint)
Ø Exposure to business analysis and requirements analysis
Ø Graduates from IIT/BITS/NIT or similar premier institutes
Ø Exposure to BFSI and Telecom domain
