Position : Tech Lead
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 5 to 8 yrs
SKILLS REQUIRED
Expert knowledge and programming experience in C++
Strong OO design abilities
Thorough understanding of leading-edge software design and product development processes.
Good general computer science knowledge and practical problem solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively in complex technical discussions
Experience in analyzing requirements and translating them into system designs using object oriented methods
Exposure to Multi-platform experience (Windows and UNIX) would also be advantageous. Some knowledge of UML modelling is desirable
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze system requirements based around the current architecture and communicate the tradeoffs.
Work with project manager to specify work packages and estimate effort
Work with Architect and principal engineer to manage the technical delivery of work
Share technical expertise with colleagues
Act as a mentor to other team members
Contribute to future requirements and design of the core architecture
Implement OO designs in line with coding standards
