Currently our client is looking for IT Manager & Windows Admin for their ODC in Middle East.

Job Description for IT Manager:

 Manage and derive optimal performance of the IT infrastructure
 Should have exposure to Network Switch / Router Configuration.
 Firewall proxy management, preferably on CISCO Pix, Webserver, FTP, Apache servers.
 Maintain communication equipment and connectivity
 Must have a good understanding of network & network security issues
 Proficient in Cisco routers, Firewall, Spam Filtering Technologies etc
 Knowledge of backup technologies
 Knowledge of WiFi technologies and implementation desirable
 Engineering or Science Graduate in Computer Science is preferable
 2 to 4 years of leadership experience in Software Development or ITES companies
 Excellent troubleshooting skills
 Excellent people leadership skills.
 Knowledge of software Licensing
 Strong analytical and organizational skills.
 Strong problem resolution, judgment and decision making skills.
 Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
 Good written and oral communication skills

Job Description for Windows Admin:

 Should be capable of configuring Systems in Windows and Unix environments
 Must be an expert in Microsoft server network management
 Experience in administering MS - Exchange Server, OWA, IIS, Sharepoint, SQL, IIS, VMWare and pooled service architectures.
 Hands-on administration for Webshphere/ Weblogic/ JBoss/ Apache-Tomcat Server desirable
 Engineering or Science Graduate in Computer Science is preferable
 2 to 4 years of leadership experience in Software Development or ITES companies
 Excellent troubleshooting skills
 Excellent people leadership skills.
 Strong analytical and organizational skills.
 Strong problem resolution, judgment and decision making skills.
 Good written and oral communication skills

Job Specification:

 Any graduate.
 Should have 5 to 15 yrs of experience.
 Good communication and presentation skills
