This person will have following responsibility:
Develop customer focused documentation to meet target users’ needs (administrators, end users and developers) by providing intellectual depth, and assuring accuracy and completeness
Developer user guides, admin guides for customers
Develop system/software installation, deployment guides for customers
Develop and maintain all training materials
Develop automation for demos, trainings
Responsible for delivering on schedule, all documentation required for a customer.
Develop and maintain API documentation for the product.
Develop and maintain online help.
Develop and maintain documentation for the developer community.
Develop process for obtaining feedback, and for and improvement of product documentation.
Deliver administrator and end user training to customers! ! .
Develop self-paced training.
Develop Marketing/Sales related documentation if required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English required.
6 + years of dedicated technical writing experience developing documentation for enterprise applications, software products, web applications, network management applications, or equivalent.
Manage documentation projects single handedly, manage projects plans, scoping, and implementation in aggressive timelines. Must be able to provide accurate estimates on all Technical writing projects and meet those dates.
Flexibility in working hours.
People management skills.
Experience developing and delivering technical trainings to the customers.
Excellent time management skills. Must be able to multi-task.
Must be able to excel in a fast paced start! -u! p environment and be willing to meet aggressive deadlines.!
Ability to interact with various teams, such as sales/marketing/engineering/professional services/User Experience.
Proficiency using: Adobe FrameMaker, MS Word, and PowerPoint MUST To Have.
Experience using WebWorks, HTML editing tools, CSS, Microsoft Visio, Graphics applications (such as Adobe Photoshop), Dream Weaver, Microsoft Flash preferred.
Experience in writing technical documents for software applications/products is a MUST to have.
Knowledge about Computer programming languages such as Java, C/C++ is required.
BA degree in English, Technical Communications, or equivalent, required.
