Roles and Responsibilities:
- To perform Team Leading / Analysis & Design
- Participate in resources planning & tracking
- Lead the team technically
- Arrive at S&G guidelines of .NET and SQL Server
- Knowledge/experience of QMS activities
- Coordinate QR/CM activities
- Involvement in estimations/re-estimations (FP based)
- Responsible for Release Management, Technical Documentation
- Manage functional / regression testing (multiple cycles)
Technical SkillSet :
** Knowledge of VB/VB.net .
** Exposure to Oracle is a must .
