Airbee's software stacks and application are the
brains for the silicon chips of some of the largest semiconductor companies. All low power RF
mesh networks need three things to work – first is a low power radio, next is a microcontroller,
and finally, the software to make it work. This is very similar to your home computer; Dell
makes the hardware but Microsoft provides the software that makes it work – same is the case
with low power RF mesh networks. Airbee's software is licensed to leading semiconductor
companies (such as Texas Instruments, Atmel, Infineon, and others) and Low Power radio
manufactures (such as Chipcon, Atmel, ZMD and others) and is used in an increasing number of
low power RF mesh wireless communication applications.
Demonstrating its commitment to technology leadership, Airbee was announced as one of the
three companies in the Golden Unit group with the latest ZigBee Pro standard in Jan 2008. A
Golden unit is a reference implementation of the standard against which all other platforms
requiring certification will be tested against. During Jan 2007, Airbee had achieved
certification for its Airbee-ZNS 2006 protocol stack. Airbee has always been a pioneer in
implementing the latest version of the ZigBee standards.

Desired Profile Must Be
1. Ideal candidate must be an Engineering graduate in Electronics and Electrical discipline
2. Should be minimum 6-7 years experience in Technical writing
3. Excellent communication skills (Written and Spoken)
4. Good proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint , Robo Help
(preferable), Adobe Frame Maker (preferable)
5. Knowledge of Dreamweaver, HTML, XML and other web technologies will be an added
advantage
6. Flair for technology
7. Exposure to documentation process
8. Willing to learn Wireless & other domain related technologies and possess good attitude
Job Responsibilities for Technical Writer
1. Lead Documentation team
2. Developing end-user technical documents, training materials, marketing collaterals
3. Creating content for Technology and Product developed
4. Working closely with the engineering team for creating Technical support documents
5. Review and format Quality documents
6. Actively involve and present Technical presentations created
7. Enhancing the communication within the organization
