Should be good in Computer fundamentals like Data structures, Algorithms etc.
Should have development experience.
Should be hands on STL, threads and processes, memory management.
Experience in ATL, COM, WIN 32 will be an added advantage.
Candidates applying for Lead positions should have experience of leading a team of people.
