Job Description/Skills Required:
This role is to • Technical Documentation • Data Analysis/ Report generation • Prepare catalogs, Format Technical documentation, user manuals and guides, technical help books, online help documents and engineering reports. • Work closely with Technical Resources, managers, admins etc. • Communicate and interact with line managers. • Follow up on tasks with other department employees • Strong technical knowledge in the given field with a good grasp of technical terminology. • Ability to write in a simple, concise and accurate manner. • Good research and documentation skills. • Good knowledge of MS Office • Polite and energetic. Profile: Individual would be responsible for preparing documentation, catalogs, user manuals and guides, technical help books & Manage tasks. Skills: Good hands on Microsoft OS, .MS Office and MS project • Good Communication skills as it involve interaction with onsite & offshore teams. Key skills required: (in the order of priority) Technical writer IT Infrastructure & ITIL Processes knowledge is a plus.
