Responsibilities :

· Define and prepare project plans

· Estimate effort

· Evaluate high level design and architecture

· Define project team organization, allocate, execute project assignments and monitor tasks assigned to team members

· Ability to lead and motivate high potential project teams to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables is a must

Designation: Programmer Analyst( 4 - 6 Yrs)

Responsibilities:

. Manage sub-teams in a project, schedule, allocate and monitor tasks

. Manage Technical issues, coding and configuration to ensure delivery of module/project.

Experience / Skills :Project Managers
