1) Expertise in the following areas for performance tuning and
troubleshooting
a)Enterprise portal 7.00
b) CRM 5.00
c) BIW Authorisation 7.00.
d) SOLMAN
2) On Job with Basis team to resolve day to day issues.
3) Working with Basis team on upgrades, Patches and trouble shooting of
production environment (both existing and which are in pipeline)
4) Working with Basis team on the new installation and planning for retail
servers.
