* Overall experience of 5-8 years with 2-3 yrs in SAP
and 3-4 yrs functional (in sales / customer service function)
* 1-2 Implementation project experience
* Atleast 1 CRM implementation project
* Excellent Oral and written communication skills
* Onsite / Offshore delivery process exposure
* Experience in ASAP methodology / Solution Manager
* Ability to handle pre-sales assignments

Desired Skills:
* International experience
* Cross functional and integration experience
