About the Position:
We are looking at hiring the following positions to do the below
- Ability to map customer business problems and pain points to technical solutions, should be able to take the business problem and map it to MS technology/solution platform.
- Ability to design a solution using Microsoft Platform, not just high level visio/UML architecture, but the low level design that includes how exactly the solution be built with MS with focus on performance, security and extensibility.
- Needless to say, should have great communication skills and more importantly, great listening skills.
Technical Expertise:
Must have deep technical expertise in one or more of the following areas
1. .NET Tools and VB Technologies � Experience of leveraging the same and designing, architecting, implementing and deploying Line of Business Applications.
2. Testing Tools(With the progrmming expousure):-Automation experience with prior experience in Development (any technology1+ yrs). The focus would be candidates with 7 plus years of experience.
3.EBusiness Servers - BizTalk Server, Commerce Server, Host Integration Server and BizTalk Accelerators.
4.Portal Technologies - SharePoint Portal Server, Content Management Server, Enterprise Project Management, Solution Accelerators and Office System
5. SQL SERVER PROGRAMMING:-we are looking at 7 plus years of experience with exposure in SQL server. We are focusing on OOPS, RDBMS and Algorithms.
