Job Description:

Ø Process definition/Improvement/changes
Ø Process Mapping
Ø Should be able to work on CMMI L 4/5 and/or ISO 9001-2000
Ø Able to use basic tools like configuration Management tools,
Test director,
Requirements management tools etc.. (OPTIONAL)
Ø Able to conduct process trainings or any other Quality related Trainings
(OPTIONAL)
Ø Facilitate IT projects in process implementation
Ø Communicate to the Management on the status of QMS implementation
Ø Analyze Metrics and provide feedback to the projects
Ø Participate in the project review meetings and provide solutions to Risk/Issue
Management
